**Q: What forms of payment do you accept?**
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for payment. We also accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Paypal.

**Q: Where are the fish shipped from?**
A: Fish are shipped from one of our location in Redmond, WA

**Q: Can we visit your store?**
A: At the moment, we are an online operation. You can view videos of what the small operation looks like Youtube Tim's Fish Shop

**Q: Can you ship outside the USA?**
A: Due to import/export restrictions, we are limited to ship only to the continental United States

**Q: Do you quarantine your fish?**
A: Yes! We treat and quarantine all fish.

**Q: How do I place an order?**
A: Placing an order is easy. Browse our categories, select your item(s), add them to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. The checkout process will guide you through providing contact details, shipping information, billing information, and payment details. Be sure to read all policies including shipping and terms of service.

**Q: What days do you ship?**
A: We will ship Monday - Wednsday. If order made after 12PM Wed then it will be shipped out the following Monday.

**Q: I just received my fish, what should I do?**
A: Please follow the acclimation process here to help.
